Flotilla 3-10 regularly tows in disabled vessels and assists boaters with all types of problems.

In addition to safety patrols the USCGAUX also monitors waterway safety and removes numerous hazards to navigation.  Floating debris can put a hole in a boat or injure a skier.  The log on the right was only showing 6 inches of one end above the water before it was retrieved.
